 Product itself - gorgeous - beautiful to look at sleek design - one teeny teeny tiny thing that can be changed - the round button on the top of the handle is a little sharp. That should be polished down a tad bit. You are aware of it if you rub your finger against it. It snags my washcloth. It does not affect the product at all - nor does it reduce my rating of the product.

I have never been a coffee snob - now I have joined the ranks of many! No more drip or kcups! No more trips to the coffee shops on the way to work - now that I have learned the art of French Press! The ease of use - phenominal. The grinds stay down at the bottom. Follow the instructions and you have no issues.

Minor prob - I cannot get the glass out of the holder to clean and water is collecting. The beaker is in the holder just a bit to tight! NO problem! I contacted the mfg and BINGO - I have a new one on the way. Lifetime guarantee means lifetime guarantee! There was no hesitation at all. I am pleased beyond measure and would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a French Press!
